Bill is the founding member of Central Property Realtors. Prior to Central Property Realtors Bill owned and operated and sold REMAX Signature realtors to another broker. Bill was for 12 years one of the top agents at Weichert realtors. Prior to Real Estate Bill was and investment broker holding a series 7 license specializing in tax advantages investmets. Bill holds a degree in economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University and graduated on the academic honors list.

Carolina Fryer

Carolina holds a Master of Administrative Science, Bachelor of Art Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. Through Carolina’s undergraduate studies she learned superior marketing techniques, and took many courses in architecture. Carolina grew up in Madison and currently resides in the Morristown area. She enjoys art, photography, and nature.

 

Amy Grasso

Amy Grasso was born and raised in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover Township and now resides in Morristown. Her knowledge of the Morristown area, as well as Morris County, is extensive and will prove helpful to you in finding the perfect home in the town that fits your needs. Amy is a member of the NJ Association of REALTORS® and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University and Masters of Administrative Science from Farleigh Dickinson University.

 

Leonard Grasso

Growing up in the Whippany section of Hanover Township, Leonard Grasso has a vast knowledge of the Morris County area. This experience, and a desire to become involved as a real estate investor, led Leonard to obtain his New Jersey real estate license. Leonard purchased his first investment property in 2003 and has successfully bought and sold several homes since then. His straightforward approach, easygoing demeanor and personal experiences with real estate investments allow him to work effectively with clients of all backgrounds, from first-time homebuyers and real estate investors to advising clients on house flipping strategies. Mary Menzel

Mary is a highly qualified Realtor with a successful track record of over 15 years in residential properties. Her closing rate is over 95% and her business comes primarily from referrals. Mary speaks Spanish and is proud to have helped many first time Hispanic buyers. In addition to her extensive Realty training Mary is also an Interior Designer with a degree from the prestigious 2 year program at the acclaimed New York School of Interior Design. Mary received the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club award for 9 consecutive years during 1999 through 2007. She was also awarded the ReMax Executive Club, which includes only the top 2 % of ReMax agents. Mary ‘s experience in serving Buyers and Sellers includes conventional, short sales, foreclosures, FHA, condos and multi-family dwellings.

 

Background

Mary joined Weichert, Realtors in 1995 as a Sales Agent at their Head Quarters in Morris Plains. She took many of the Weichert training classes and additional Seminars. After 8 successful years she decided to join ReMax to reach a wider customer base. In January 2010 Mary joined Central Property Realtors to benefit from its greater flexibility and customized programs. Mary has sold over 100 houses and has received many reference letters.

Robert Trokan

Mr. Trokan has been a licensed Realtor since 1979 and a licensed broker since 1983. As a Sales Associate, and later as a sales manager, he was a consistent top award winner. In 1993 Trokan became active in the building field with TRI-Construction. In 2003, he started Vision Building & Development, LLC and has since constructed numerous homes that have sold from $650,000 to over $2.5 million dollars. Vision Building & Development, LLC is now focused on both custom home building, additions and remodeling.
